Our target audience is older, post-retirement men and women who are looking to transition from traditional real estate investments into a portfolio of commercially-managed real estate. They generally have a comfortable lifestyle and are looking to retain their wealth, not continue to build it.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
We are looking for a graphic that will embody our Tax-Optimized Real Estate™ (TORE) process. The information will be as exhibited in the mockup, we just want it to be a circular-type graphic that accurately conveys the flow and connection of information and steps that embody TORE. Please reference the creative brief, which has a rough mockup of what we are looking for towards the bottom.
Our basic brand design principles reference that of flat design. Simple yet sophisticated flat design. There is minimal use of stylistic elements. Minimal or no usage of gradients with maximum reliance on brand color palette and variations of single colors. Variations of primary and secondary colors are monochromatic or different shades of those same colors. Depth is not achieved by shadow but variation of shades and layering of shapes.
White space is a proponent of the Realized brand style. With black and white being primary colors, think Wall Street Journal. The question while designing might be, how would this design lay within a page of the Wall Street Journal print version? How can we achieve a sophisticated modern design visualization within a conservative environment or canvas? This is the approach and mindset a designer might embrace when creating flat design visual elements for the Realized visual brand.
