Help create an illustration for Lunatics Lounge!

I'm building an online community called the Lunatics. On our online gathering place will be the Lunatics Lounge. It's a fictional bar that is located on the moon.

I'd like an illustration showing the Lunatics Lounge as a bar on the moon. The bar will have a neon sign that says Lunatics Lounge on it. The neon sign should be perpendicular to the bar front. There will be two-tire dirt path that goes in front of the bar. I'm looking for a galactic/space theme.  Something similar to the link below but... 1) zoomed out a little more 2) from an isometric viewpoint 3) more high resolution 4) I don't want those planets or spaceship in the sky.
