VISUALLY UNDERSTAND WHICH CANDIDATES MEET THE NEEDS OF THE RECRUITER
Cream of the crop candidates are seen by recruiter on a radar, which visually shows which candidates suit, and for what reasons on an intuitive radar (the candidates revolved around the centre of the radar - which represents the job.) - note : not matching candidates will not be showed on the radar and will not even know that the company is recruiting (they do not match - they do not see the ad)
What NEEDS TO BE ON THE GRAPHIC
our logo needs to be placed on the illustration
the colours of the graphic needs to be in line with our current logo (attached) which is green grey black white.
We want to outline the process for each party. from the candidates point and the recruiters point - and how they meet on our site.
We need to illustrate the simplicity of the service to the recruiters - highlighting it's the cheapest and easiest way to find a large number of excellent candidates in a snap
