An app that allows you to invest in property/real estate

We are developing an iOS/Android app, and we require some custom illustrations. We want 2 illustrations in 1 art board created the full details are in the attached document, the brand guide is also attached. PLEASE SEND ONE ILLUSTRATION AT FIRST TO GET FEEDBACK BUT TWO WILL BE NEEDED AT THE END. There will be another 5-7 needed once these are complete. (The extra 5-7 will be a separate contract that’s awarded to the winner). We haven’t given any indication of what we would like each illustration to be of: instead, we’ve given the context of the screens on which they’ll appear so you can come up with your own ideas. However, if you’d like some ideas from us please let us know. We have provided our brand guidelines so you can get a feel for our style, colour scheme etc. As a general steer, we like illustrations that are simple and colourful – but without crossing over into being too cartoon-y PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION.
