Note the deliverable for each phase at the bottom of the website page.
We would like a black and white version (gray-scale) AND a color version. We are looking for a refreshed looking design versus the current design. We would like to see a vertical version versus the current version. This should look very professional given our client base. This will be used on a responsive website so the graphic should scale well for desktop, lap top, iPad viewing down to cell phone viewing. Please go to the link provided to see how the current graphic is being use and to understand the concept behind the idea of how a funnel relates to our process....lots of inputs to the funnel (process) .... but only one meaningful output to the funnel (the critical "X") . PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a logo contest. This is an INFOGRAPHIC design contest. For those design that include the deliverables in the infoGraphic: Define Phase Process Deliverables: * Go to Gemba + Gain insight into client corporate culture = Improved candidate fit * Define candidate & search CTQ’s via VOC * Define search project scope / Define stakeholder roles & responsibilities Measure Phase Process Deliverables: * Build Position Benchmarking Standard Work. Measurement standard for all candidate assessments * Develop and execute marketing campaign and search plan / Measure market response to position * Weekly feedback to client – Measure progress Analyze Phase Process Deliverables: * Build candidate flow. Identify and recruit the vital few “X”’s, candidates that best meets client CTQ’s * Analyze fit versus Position Benchmarking Standard Work * Cull the vital few from the trivial many for client presentation Improve Phase Process Deliverables: * Assist in the initiation of client and candidate interviews. Provide feedback to each party * Validate both the candidate and client interest in moving forward. Probe for potential failure modes * Candidate reference checks. Validate candidate fit with client CTQ’s Control Phase Process Deliverables: * Offer execution. Drive the process to successful conclusion. Serve as the liaison between candidate and client during the critical offer phase * Monitor on-boarding process to insure a smooth transition * Seek feedback from client and candidate. Drive continuous improvement of our process Look at the baseline graphic we supplied. Note the phases of the funnel on each side and how they span the Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control Steps On one side of the funnel you have: "Search Characterization & Recruitment Execution" that transitions into " Offer Execution & Placement Follow-up" the transition point is during the Analyze Step in our baseline graphic... note the break in the background cone. On the other side of the funnel you have: "Culling the Vital Few from the Trivial Many" that transitions into " Validating & Placing the Critical "X" Candidate" the transition point is during the Analyze Step in our baseline graphic... note the break in the background cone.
