Looking for animated Graphics for In-Production documentary

Video Documentaries.

I’m looking for photorealistic crime scene tape animation which will be used for a currently in-production law enforcement documentary.

Animation will be used to…

1. Lay over video title page
2. be used as video bug throughout the doc, lower right corner.

Animated tape should be able to reach horizontally across a 1080p video screen and be able to be used at an angle in the corners throughout video.

Text on the Tape should read the current working title of the project, "NYPD NEW". However, since the title is bound to change, i would like to be able to alter any source files to the new title. Standard Yellow tape with Black lettering.

I'm out of my depth when it comes to animation...I can however, work with video, after effects and Apple Motion. If I get all the elements I should be able to tweak and easily insert the animation into the final project.

Would like to get some type of After Effects or Apple Motion file as a final deliverable.
