Party with the Planet is an environmental sustainability campaign run by non-profit organisation Green Music Australia in alliance with the largest summer festivals in Australia. We’re asking festival goers to ‘party with the planet’ (not against it) and take an environmental pledge to waste less, respect the earth and party sustainably.
We're going to be asking festivalgoers to do things like: bring their own reusable water bottles, rent tents or buy tents that will last them ages (not just buy festival camping gear and then throw it out!) and stop using single-use plastic water bottles/straws/bags/cups/cutlery.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
We want a distinctive and powerful logo design, which will help us to create a huge movement across live music in Australia to bring the environment into focus. Similar to other Australian music campaigns (http://dontkilllivemusic.org/ and https://your-choice.net.au/), we’re working with multiple festivals over a wide variety of genres, targeting all music listeners. Though the logo can have colour in it (preferably greens/blues, though we'll accept any suggestions!), we want it to stand out against any background. We also want to be able to be used as a transparent PNG in monochrome white or black.
We'd like the phrase "PARTY WITH THE PLANET" to be the main focus (in all caps), possibly with graphics integrated within the text.
We’d love if you could use an easily accessible font that’s available on sites like Google Docs, Adobe Illustrator and Canva, as that’s where we’ll be developing most of our social media content and shareable graphics. If you’d like to custom design your own font, we’ll need to know fonts that can be paired with it.
