Education and coaching services, namely, providing one on one, small group, classes and workshops in the field of nutrition, habit and decision making for total wellness complementing our fitness training and self care teaching. Our services target the eclectic baby-boomer, both men and women 55-73 years leading comfortable lives, through offering upscale fitness services outdoors and online. Here is our most recent press release: Core Centric Elite Training Center has been serving Vashon for 11 years. Services include movement training across disciplines from dance and sports to daily living. We specialize in bridging the gap between physical therapy and returning to strong confident movement. Self Massage techniques and N7N Lifestyle coaching complete our offerings for a holistic program of Mind, Body and Spirit. Vashon has a vibrant network of providers we work with to complete each individual's program as needed. We at Core Centric have included online training since 2017 and continue to practice online since the onset of the pandemic. We find it a very effective training method. We miss seeing our clients in person and appreciate the face to face online experience. Our clients have reported 1) increased self reliance at home, 2) the ability to troubleshoot their own movement patterns, 3) excitement about making sessions work so well, and 4) using personal training skills at home as they did in the studio. Core Centric and the N7N program pivot around behavior change and awareness. 2020 has been a year of evaluating our goals and environment, what we can control and what we can not and how we can do things differently in order to be successful. This is the same program we have always built for our clients to see their successes! Thank you to the community of Vashon, we appreciate each and every one of you.

We need a full tent designed: 3 print areas - one Peak - one Valance - one Side wall -it will be nice to see the side wall design work on its own as well as coordinate when attached to the tent. There are 2 ai templates attached. one for the side wall and one for the peak/valance We are custom printing a 10'x10' (3mx3m) EZ-Up tent in full color/sublimated. We will have one roof Peak, one Valance/Banner and one 10x10 Side wall. The other panels of the tent will likely be black on a grey frame. Print Templates added 10/14/2020 We would like to incorporate our Core Centric and N7N logos. The side wall seems an opportunity for an attractive piece of art specific to our brand. Possibly a piece that can stand alone without the rest of the tent as a video/photo-op backdrop. What can you come up with? We love ideas that we haven't even considered. We are looking for a designer who can be the expert on marketing, what stands out, what do the people see, use your experience and do different better.
