Our target audience are those who assess the safety of their residents (owners of senior living facilities, risk advisors, etc.). Our product and service solve the inconsistencies of mask wearing during pandemic settings or during regular flu season/disease outbreaks. It is impossible to guarantee that someone’s mask is washed, that they won’t touch their face, that they will wear it properly, that it is a quality mask, etc. Visible Visit eliminates that problem through a safe, controlled solution. Our goal in the infographic is to show a “before” and “after”

Top Set of Panels: Facility One In one word, chaos. Panel A: People (both residents, staff (in a uniform), and visitors (with a “V” badge)) are wearing masks - some cloth, some disposable, some improperly worn (see images for example). At least one person is pulling their mask away from their face to talk. The facility is clean, but it still feels like everyone is at risk of infection or sickness. People look worried, and you can’t see much facial expression because of the masks. A “mask required” sign next to the receptionist desk and a stand for sanitizer. A nurse in the closer part of the panel has a badge with her face (without a mask) on it. Panel B: The visitation room - a family is visiting one of the residents. The room is clean but there is frustration. They can’t hear properly because the mask muffles and no one can read lips or see full facial expression. A child or young adult isn’t wearing the mask properly. One of the elderly has foggy glasses from mask wearing and the other doesn’t want to wear it properly because it bothers them. Again, people are “wearing masks” but the reality of it is there is danger of sickness because of improper protocol (and no one to monitor/want to follow directions). Bottom Set of Panels: Facility Two Consistency and safety. Panel A: The same receptionist desk as before in Panel A of the first facility, except this time the receptionist is wearing Visible Visit full face shield instead of a mask. On her desk is a white box that says visible visit on it and has a sanitized indicator with a green light on (red light off). She is smiling and welcoming. The family enters but still has cloth masks on. Panel B: Close up of the product, which is the visible visit box with three face shields in it and one that has already been pulled out and handed to the family (with a new set of gloves, glove box next to the visible visit box). Panel C: Family assists children with putting on the mask. Panel D: Family is visiting the elderly, who are also wearing visible visit masks. At least one person is wearing glasses, not foggy. Everyone looks happy, relaxed, feeling safer and feeling that their family is better protected as well. Wording: “It’s visitation day” “What type of facility are you?” “Visible Visit - The next generation of visitation” At very bottom - a white space left, divided by a line, where we can put our contact information.
Please pick one of the images that include people for a first round image and send it to me. This will help ensure direction of design and imagery prior to completion of the entire poster. There is a by hand example for reference, though feel free to take some creative liberties. There are also other artwork examples to give an idea of the type of imagery we are looking for. This should fit on an 8 ½ X 11 regular piece of paper, but also be scalable. We will need the individual images as well as the final product. Everything in both .png and vector files. Images in color, to portray a warm, clean, and personable story. Be sure to be inclusive in looks and races. Focus on safety - be sure to include hand sanitizer bottles, people in masks, or stations where appropriate.
