We provide on site health programs to Increase WorkForce Power. 1) chiropractors, massage therapists and physical therapy to manage minor issues for employees so they do not become injured, 2) ergonomic consultation to reduce soft tissue strain in the work itself 3) Periodic training to help employees develop a personal power strategy-How they can take care of themselves to create a great health lifestyle. Target audience is any employer of 100+ employees where soft tissue injury is an issue

This project will start with explainer/sketch/scribble videos. One for a manager and one for an employee. Each showing how it is now, introducing our idea and how it can be within 12-18 months. Increasing WorkForce Power for the company and Personal Power Strategies for the employees-everybody wins Manager Has good skills, great at reducing waste, future bright Hmm, there are some health costs that seem out of my control, when people get sore, who knows what doctors and other practitioners are going to suggest for our people and when they are gone or injured, my overtime, compensation, absenteeism and presenteeism costs go up. My management team is spending time managing these issues rather than or business focus. Nobody wins Here is an idea that has been operating successfully in many north american jurisdictions for over 15 years. It looks like it returns 3-8 times our investment, paid for out of resources I'm already spending. I wonder if this might be a solution for us...? Hey, they have a tool to examine our own costs to see if there might be a return for us, and Dr Bergquist will work through the tool with us. I'm so pleased we decided to increase our WorkForce Power by using this program. It looks like we have a new way of helping our people and adding greatly to our bottom line, everybody wins! Employee This is a great job, good pay and lots of different skills to acquire. As time passes, the work is a little monotonous and getting a bit more difficult. On top of this, my cholesterol and blood sugar are a little out of whack. The shift work has me pretty fatigued most of the time. I guess I am used to 5-6 hours sleep. Oh well, the kids need sports equipment and I can work overtime to pay for it. I sure am getting sore in my back and arms. Must be my work. I need to size up in my work cloths. I guess that happens in my forties haha. I used to play sports but now I watch, maybe drive my kids to their games. I need to feel better. The company hired some folks to come to the worksite. It looks like we can see the health team at work and for no extra cost! Sure beats taking time off to try and see someone about my back. After we talked, They helped me come up with a Personal Power Strategy. A plan that addresses just my issues and gives me what I need to feel better. I know the changes in my lifestyle are up to me but the support really has me thinking the future might be better. I already feel less strain when I am working as well as playing with my kids. They also lowered that monitor at work and my neck isn't getting as sore. Huh, this program really is for us workers.

I operate primarily in industry but everyone has soft tissue risk if they work in gravity. Also, if you think someone else can take care of you I apologize, but you will have to get on board your own ship and steer. !5 years in 2 countries and 7 state or provincial jurisdictions. The program works anywhere there are sore employees, injuries and the hope to increase WorkForce Power. If that sounded severe it's just how I get typing.
