Art Fabrication company needs a 1 page strategy document that is simple and enjoyable to read

Our business strategy is contained on this 1 page document, we call it "The Heavy Way". It is a document with many text bullet points that we would like to communicate in a clean and professional manner. The last time we did this, the designer used little icons to add some visual interest, the designer may also chose to use images from our portfolio.

See the attachments. I have attached the previous winning entry as well as a file that has the info I would like in the new submissions. I have also included our logo and our fonts.

We have done this once before and were happy with the results. Unfortunately the winning designer from that competition was unable to accommodate this project so we are putting it back out to a competition.
