I would like to bring to life in an infographic the research I have conducted into the 'Gig Workforce' to accompany some PR and Blog activity planned.
Need to move from paradigm of process to experience, even for gig or contingent workers.
Need to consider experience of all workers across the talent lifecycle.
Freelancing is the future and growing rapidly - companies need to adapt or they may perish.
Millennials and older workers are both driving up freelance participation.
Need to diversify sourcing channels to identify and attract gig workers. (importance of Talent Markets and Exchanges)
Companies need to identify how work needs to be re-structured to accommodate gig workers - won't be right everywhere.
Importance of micro branding work and projects not just companies and careers. (What's in it for the gig worker)
