Design an infographic for employees, sharing the results from our internal survey

The target demographic is our employees, and the intent of the infographic is to share the findings from our recently concluded Employee Engagement Survey. In general, the findings are positive and show that significant progress has been made since our last survey in 2018.

Part I [Header] Employee Engagement Survey 2021 The Employee Engagement Survey (EES) 2021 aims to provide a deeper understanding of the state of employee engagement in the Public Service, and in A*STAR. It measures the extent of how employees THINK, FEEL, and ACT towards A*STAR, and the Public Service as a whole. THINK: Belief in the goals of A*STAR, and the Public Service FEEL: Sense of pride & belonging towards A*STAR, and the Public Service ACT: Willingness to go the extra mile to help A*STAR, and the Public Service succeed Survey period: 1 to 29 October 2021 A*STAR's response rate: 94.5% (4,200+ participants)

No particular design elements in mind, but focus should be given to the various percentages (%) as they are the key takeaways from the infographic. The percentages indicated as [comparison] are not the focus, and are included only for context to help the audience better understand the significance of the numbers. The data should be represented visually (e.g. icons, bars, dials) as far as possible

Depending on how the data is presented, it may be possible to fit everything into a single infographic. But if it gets too long, we are flexible with the information being split over multiple infographics, each with a similar design theme (e.g. same header, footer, colour scheme etc.)
