Current attendees of live sports and entertainment events are getting older, spending less money, and attending less often. Therefore, it is imperative to reach a younger audience, who are just beginning their earning potential, and have proven the "access over ownership" business models viable. One of the keys: attracting millennials and young professionals, who grew up in an always-connected world with new expectations for how they access the culture they care about. From streaming content to online shopping to on-demand vehicles, technology drives all avenues of their lives, including live entertainment. We want to explore these new expectations and how our new types of mobile access attract this audience to live sports and entertainment events, by making the following points: 1. Current attendees are older, spend less $, and attend less often 2. Millennials are key because they are younger, just beginning spending habits, and have proven “access over ownership” model viable 3. We have new types of mobile products that attract millennials, increase their spend, increase their attendance Our target audience: Both men and women between the ages of 40 and 55 who at CXO level, SVP level, and Director level at live sports and entertainment organizations Values to communicate with your design: should be professional while fun, classy but not too cutesy, prove our technological leadership while being approachable, speak to the sports/entertainment teams while keeping the fans in mind. :) Stylistic preferences: push the creativity, but keep our values in mind.

Live sports and entertainment guarantee access to the event, but deliver new seat locations at every event depending on available inventory. Live sports and entertainment organizations build a list of new audience members who want to attend events at the last minute and don’t mind where they sit.
