Infographic for application process of a consulting company

Aim of the infographic is to show our application process on the website, so that the candidates which are interested in a position know what steps the application process will include. The Design should be simple and modern. Please pay attention to the required colors and font. The outcome of the infographic is best in photoshop or illustrator as an "open document" or if not possible JPG or PNG would be ok as well. Max

It is important that all 7 steps are shown. Furthermore the process varies for people applying for a non-permanent or permanent position (non-permanents like for internships don't have a "Partnerinterview"). Ideally it is shown that the interview can if necessary be done via skype but usually it's a personal meeting in our office. The text of the infographic has to be in German.
