Each of the "big 7" unconventional investing options can be broken down effectively into 4 major steps (Identify the possibilities, Educate and Arm yourself with expertise, Invest wisely for best results, monitor/cash checks/etc. and plan your exit).

A simplified version of this is included in the attached documents.

1. Options for investing - email lists, domain names, patents, and many forms of electronic data, inventions, and venture capital
i.e. Branding: spot the next Coca Cola or Nike?
Venture Capital: pool your money and leverage IP investment experts (MGT Capital Investments is an example)
Patent/Trademark Wars: stake your claim early and fight for it
Leasing and rentals: data farming and mining

2. Educate and Arm yourself with expertise (recommended reading + experts) IP-intensive industries added $5.06 trillion in value, nearly 35% of US GDP in 2010

I would like there to be 4 main "steps" with the fifth step, plan your exit, standing out in some way from the others. This design needs to be a template that I can adjust in terms of content so that all the designs appear similar across the spectrum visually but have different text.

This infographic needs to be a template that can be used and adjusted in terms of content. I like the look of the graphics I've attached (and I also like the idea of pulling out 1-3 significant numbers a la "by the numbers" graphic attached, but I'm not set on these designs. You're the creative experts, so please feel free to submit something different if you have something you feel is more effective. I've attached the back text for this specific graphic (MS word doc) so you'll know what goes along with the graphic on the back, like a flash card.
