This is the graphic we would like redesigned. The goal is to illustrate the juxtaposition of the pain of using public lists that everyone in their market is using vs. the solution of having the information they need months before everyone else, by using our predictive lists. Please see file attached entitled "Niche List Comparison" for data & content that needs to be included. Please watch the video link above for style guidance, and also watch the attached videos in "Styles we like" sheet to get a better feel for our brand.

We would like the text in the PDF file to be editable so that we swap out information like "Address" "Start Date" and "Sale Date".

Would prefer to have the graphic created in a vector based program, although this is not mandatory. Take a look at our website, audantic.com, to get a feel for our current brand colors, illustrations and fonts that we use. I am also including our logo below. For the finished product, we would like not only an editable PDF, but also a packaged native file including any fonts + graphics used. Please do not use stock vector images or photos, as we are interested in getting a sense of your illustration skills. Visual Style brief: We like modern, simple & clean design. Illustrations that visually tell our story are key. We aren't interested in stock photos or images. We want design that motivates people to take action.
