Pesticide Educators Need Poster Help for Denver Conference!

Demonstrate how other professionals in the field can help with IPM Collaboration Team initiatives. We would love to elevate the attached design to also include a map of the United States in the background, as well as adding 'on ramps' to the road to show how they are looking for new partnerships. We have orange cone icons representing all obstacles the team faces, but it would be great to swap these out for different icons like potholes or construction zones to elevate the metaphor. We would also like to add gas station and/or repair shop to represent University and IPM supporters - places/people the team can lean on to help achieve goals.

Please include all information in attached image.

Feel free to add cars getting on/off the road, as well as new icons to represent the obstacles the team faces. Feel free to adjust icons for 'who we are' and 'tools we use' as well. Please include the white text at the bottom to explain creators of the image and how the project was funded. The main visual is a winding road leading up to the clouds to show the road to achieve the the team's goals in a metaphor. Feel free to adjust the 'where you can help section' by adding images in place of text. Please feel free to be creative.

Please add your personal style to this poster. This poster will be used at an upcoming conference in Denver, CO to display the initiatives of the team, as well as encourage other IPM professionals to join their collaboration team.
