Application Form Design Required

The client is a US based business lender.

The client's existing application form is fairly basic in visual design. I'd like to a see some new application form designs that look a bit more modern as per my included example inspiration URL, retaining the general green branding of the client.

The core feature of this page is the application form. A particular feature we'd like when it comes to the full design is that when users click "Next" after filling in a step, the form should change to the next step without physically navigating away from the landing page.

You can use made up info to fill out the live application form in order to see step 2/3/4 etc. I only need to see a design for step/page one of the app form for this contest, but I would like a design that covers all fields/steps from the winner
