First, i want to thank you for reading this contest and for helping me create an awesome landing page!

Style is extremely important. I want simple and "tech" feel with cartoon font/icons similar to Google. I want to tell the story of buying a house and provide timeline. Timeline could be a vertical style map (or be creative). Main purpose of the site: attract people that are in the market to buy a new home/condo. Two biggest calls to action 1. we rebate 50% of the commission (based on a 2.5% buyers agency of gross sales price; subject to minimum $3500, so "slider" should only go to $200,000. I would like icons throughout the process linked to my intercom.com help section and be expandable for example: "search" icon could be expanded to Search by address, search by MLS, How quickly our search updates (fast icon; every 15 minutes...never miss out on a deal)

Brief overview:

1. The pre approval process (how to get pre-approved, types of mortgages, etc)
2. search: every option a buyer will need; search by listing #, address, neighborhood, or even create your own map search

Email Sally our AI and she can help narrow down your search or make recommendations. Sally will also help schedule and coordinate the showings.

clean, cartoon, simple font, similar to google, intercom (maybe too "cute") techy feel

getting people to start a search, so that may be the most important call to action. Getting them from the landing page to a "start search" page. If I am using this landing page for multiple google adwords campaigns, maybe there can be a section for a saved search for that specific neighborhood. If someone clicks on "gold coast condos" I could have some call to action to view "gold coast condos." i would change that section myself for each ad.
