My initial attempt of a mockup is attached. Right now it's too text heavy and there's no flow. It's also way too dry. I'd recommend flat-UI style illustrations / icons to support the text and try to get a nicer layout.
It's also missing the high level bullets that are detailed in Navion - LP - Industry Insurance 1 - Angle.docx, attached - which would give an at a glance understanding of the benefits of Navion. These two should give you all the content needed.
Because it's too text heavy, perhaps a solution to try would be to use tabs / an accordion to keep the page shorter... There's a lot of text because this will be used with Google AdWords which requires a lot of text. But users might not need this much to click the CTA.
Clicking the CTA would trigger a popover with a form to fill out.
A bar of insurer logos is also needed. Logos are attached in insurer-logos.zip. I'd recommend converting them to grayscale to not distract the eyes from more important elements like the headline, benefits and CTA.
Again, be sure to follow best practice landing page optimization to maximize conversion (CTA clicks).
