It is an online points platform that small-medium sized businesses use to reward and recognize their employees. They can recognize them for a multitude of things including, but not limited to: a job well done, achieving a milestone, hitting a sales target, employment anniversary, winning a piece of business or a contract, great teamwork, etc
How it works
1. A person from a Small-Medium sized business will become aware of the website/reward points platform and get in contact with us to say that they want to use it.
2. They will be set up as an Administrator which gives them the ability to set up employees with an RewardPoint account, issue them emails and load points into their account.
3. When they are ready to load points, they will simply logon with their Administrator access to select the participant/s that they wish to award points to, the number of points, what the points are for, etc and issue a Congratulations email to go to the participant/employee advising them they have received reward points. At the end of the transaction the Administrator will be prompted for credit card details to pay for the points.
4. The Congratulations email that the employee receives will contain a link to the website with their username and password for them to logon and redeem their points for rewards.

This web will be used by both employees logging on to claim their points for rewards but it will also by used by managers/administrators to administer the program, ie load participants, load points, send emails, run reports, etc so the login page should be appropriate and relevant for both audiences.
We don't want the website to look like a gifting or shopping website - ideally it will communicate all aspects of people/performance/reward and the excitement factor that the employees will experience having done a great job and getting rewarded for it.
