I sell residential real estate to and for people in Calgary. My target audience is men and women aged 30-55.

I want the website to be done in RE/MAX branding. I want it clean and concise, but also very direct and clear as to what the visitors are suppose to do. For images think family, houses, kitchens, young couples. etc. That's the theme.

The idea behind this landing page is to try and get the visitor to set up a custom real estate search. "Create your custom search today" "Receive instant email notifications on new listings and price reductions." They will then use something similar to the sliding scales https://bit.ly/3k1QSZG on this link or another style to select their search criteria. Price, Number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Footage, Year Built and Type of Property. When they click save they will be prompted to provide their name, email, phone number. I also want to utilize the community map I have provided in the files. It would be good to see the ability for the visitors to click on the map sections that interest them most. Throughout the landing page we need to add filler, so you can borrow ideas from www.Remax.ca or www.Remax.com

It needs to be RE/MAX branded, but also make sure the visitors see image or images of Calgary so they know it's a search criteria site for their City. I also don't want my name or picture on this landing page. At the very bottom in very fine print it will need to say Thomas Calvert - RE/MAX Landan Real Estate. Independently Owned and Operated.
