Leda Real Estate sell homes in Sydney and more broadly NSW, Australia. They charge a smaller .5% commission on selling, as opposed to the standard 2-3%. They can literally save the customer thousands and somtimes tens of thousands of dollars. At the moment, the website lacks conversion strength and we are building a landing page to direct online advertising to.

I have uploaded the design files but I am open to using an entirely different colour scheme based on colours found in 'real life' not bubblegum.

Really what we are after is a feeling. The concept sells itself but currently the website (ledarealestate.com.au) looks too pop, modern and relaxed. What we are after is a landing page that makes LEDA look established, professional, dependable, and competent.
THE LANDING PAGE CAN AND SHOULD LOOK ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TO THE WEBSITE!
Selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person makes in their lifetime and LEDA are unknown to the average Australian. This landing page primarily needs to convert interest to leads - but poor presentation will make this impossible no matter what the offering is. LOOK AND FEEL IS KEY!
This is really a fantastic contest because we are completely re-building this brand from scratch with the landing page you will create. The business relies on this page alone to connect with prospective customers.
