Website is a conversion focused site where we drive online traffic for people looking to ship their car around the country (United States). We advertise on Google AdWords and Bing Ads to promote the website. Customers come to the website to request multiple price quotes for shipping their car. They have to fill out a form to provide us with their contact information, their car information, and origin/destination information for shipping the car.

We want the color scheme to match our existing logo as can be seen on our current website. We want the focus to be on building trust and making it easy for customers to fill out the contact form. To that end, the layout must be uncluttered, form layout and design must be inviting, and overall look and feel of the website to be modern and trustworthy. Design must be rich and modern, but not kitschy. It must be tight and professional, but not too "big box" and cold.

A beautiful contact form (we are looking for truly unique, innovative design that will make visitors think "That is such a beautiful page and form, I must fill it out". Kind of like what Apple products used to make people feel, "this is such a beautiful product I must touch it and use it"). Please do not submit designs with the plain old boring boxy boring form designs. We are also giving you creative freedom to include graphics, directional cues, verbiage, etc. that you think will support the overall goal of the page which is motivating visitors to fill out the contact form. Page must build a relationship with the visitor in under 3 seconds, it must build trust so that the visitor feels comfortable sharing their information with the "website" (visitors are placing blind trust into this website and brand that they have never done business with, they must feel comfortable doing this). We are not looking to build brand loyalty as our interaction with the visitors is very transactional, one time interaction, we are looking to quickly build a trusted relationship based on the quality of our website design and ease of use. Website must have a big brand feel that communicates confidence that we will take prudent care of visitor's information and will provide services that we are promising. Contact form should be broken down into multiple steps so that it is not a daunting 12 field form. This can be accomplished with "expanding" in-page forms (once a set of fields are filled out, another set or section becomes visible below it), or with sliding forms (once a section is filled out it goes away and another section with new fields is displayed in its place). Here are the fields that will be on the contact form: Name: Email Address: Phone number: Ship Date: Ship From: Ship To: Number of Cars: (answer to this question will dictate how many fields are displayed next - need a set of answers for each car being shipped) Car Make: Car Model; Car Model Year: Condition: (Running/Not Running) Transport Type: (Open/Enclosed)
Attached files show a sample design that we have come up with based on cheapoair.com website. This is just an idea of how the form could be made look different than the traditional boring forms. We understand that there are technical limitations on what can be done with forms, but we want you to push the envelope, while being mindful of those limitations that programmers will have to abide by.
