We are a small but focused group of Real Estate Specialists that offer asset management services to the Real Estate Investment Industry. We have a modern take in the industry by incorporating technology into our service methods to help enhance our clients' goal. Our target audience are big investment developers and building owners that require assistance in setting up or managing their project goals and procedures, whether it is for short or long term solutions such as investment unit sales or unit management.

In a traditional structured real estate management market, we are trying to stand out as a modern and professional group that seeks to find solutions with no just our decades of experience, but added with multi-level technology offers that we are creating to simplify operation in any real estate development need. Most of our competition are decades created and have a commercial established appearance like CBRE, Knight Frank, and Colliers International. We want to enter the market by immediately giving that professionally experienced appearance, while taking it up a notch to feel like a fresher, sophisticated, more modern way of accelerating success. We don't like the common real estate office logos that have a standard looking commercial building as a logo. If one is used as part of the logo, we would like it to be something a little bit more modern, minimal and simplistic. We are open with using only the letters as well. We are open to seeing if we have our Brand represented by only our Initials DAGS, our initials with a logo or just a stand alone artistic emblem as a logo that makes us feel it represents us on its own. Our goal is to create a full branded business marketing campaign behind this logo and offer the brand guideline to describe how our brand and colors will have official background stamp designs for marketing material and printable items. This would include shirts, mugs, calendars, emails, banners, ID's, etc. To help give feedback throughout the contest, we are based in asia, so our time zone that we will be responding around is between 8am-10pm GMT +7 time.
