Coffee is sold in kraft bags (brown bags), so the colors should work well with this; ideally, I was thinking of an earth tone as the primary color. It would be nice if the logo could incorporate a chockstone, although this isn't necessary. The company is targeted towards rock climbers, but the logo should be general enough for other outdoor activities. US national park posters and signs really speak to me, if that helps.
