Design a logo and brand that stands out among the old traditional brands in real estate

Right Location is the new brand for my real estate business. I want a new Logo made from RL (which is also a play off my name initials) Then I will need to place Right Location Real Estate under the logo for signage etc. I want it to be classy, easily read and a modern flare to it. I'm looking to use black or gradation as the backdrop with an olive green for the logo and the writing in white. When I do my business cards I may add a splash of silver for flare. I sell real estate in a large local area and cover everything from land development opportunities to traditional residential real estate services. I'm an outside the box thinker and expect the same from the design. Maybe the RL could be 3D somehow. Also, classy. Coul dbe waves (for west coast) or Asian style roofing .....something that shows a fresh idea, outside the box and something new. The logos and house frames are overdone in my industry.

I'm a strong, independent woman with confidence in what I do and I'd like that to come across in the brand.
