We are building Respeak to be the most compelling automated dialog platform. With Respeak, our users such as product owners, user researchers or HR staff can easily create their own chatbot-based digital interview twin. Our easy-to-use conversational AI allows users to create an enjoyable interview experience for participants, resulting in more detailed insights. We surface these insights in our real-time analysis dashboard. Engaging customers, employees, and partners in a continuous conversation is critical for companies to learn and improve. With the increasing number of people to address, available tools face limitations: Questionnaires provide shallow insights and are unengaging, while interviews don’t scale. Respeak provides companies with a platform to easily create automated digital dialogs to engage customers, employees, and partners at scale.
