Our underlying theme/metaphor for what we do is Star Wars. 
It kind of creeps up on us ;) As futurists we would like to draw un this theme - the Star Wars universe, the science fiction reference, the 80ies wipe from “Stranger Things” and “Ready Player One”. It should be playful and dynamic without becoming too youthful or cartoonish. We have a business audience who are used to everything looking boring - so we want to stick out, not scare them away. 
 We like the neon from lightsabers - it pops very well on social media. But it should NOT look like Miami Vice! Our training material is quite playful and combines hand-drawn sketches with text and images (as seen in the attached files) Here are also some mockups of our Podcast thumbnails. One member of the team is really good at drawing simple sketches. We upscale our pictures with his illustrations - see attached
