The practical mentoring program Chefsache Personal was specifically designed for small- and medium-sized companies, to assist them in reassessing their value-added processes liked recruiting and onboarding and re-implementing them in a modern digital way. For example, clients will learn how to develop and implement all internal structures and processes needed for a successful eRecruiting system. Which will give them more controll over their recruitment efforts and maybe even independence from external service providers. Potential clients are CEOs and other Managing Directors of any small- and medium-sized (0-100 employees) companies, that do not have their own HR department. The target group for this product is very large on the one hand, as it contains a variety of businesses, craftsmen, service providers of all kinds, care facilities, but also physical therapists or event managers. On the other hand it is a very specific kind of clientele, as they have to be open to a new, modern and more digital way of doing business and also recruiting. They all need to have the desire to become employee magnets.

Chefsache Personal is one product in the portfolio of SFplus Personal GmbH (please see our logo attached) Therefore we wish the logo and style guide of Chefsache Personal to be suitable to our company's logo. While we can still adjust the shade of green of our logo, we are pretty much set on the color itself. In addition, we would like to include the concept of the golden section/ golden ratio, as our company's growth goals are based on Fibonacci numbers. Therefore we'd love to include the symbol or picture of a spiral, similar to a left-wounded snail shell (often called sinistral freak or Schneckenkönig), please see an example on the attached picture. This stands for healthy, organic growth for us and our clients, but also for a very reliable and stable development and collaboration.
