Logo "30 for Future" (look at my 1st draft) - website for 30 hour jobs - so it' a good cause ;)

30 for Future will be a website (job portal similar to “Stepstone”), where employees can find 30 hour per week job postings. The focus will be at the beginning on software developers, and later expand to online marketers, designers, and hopefully one day for all kind of jobs. Brand essence: Progressiveness Vision: Being part of a mind shift that 30-hours a week is a full contribution in the work place in an age of knowledge work, by connecting progressive companies with elite employees. Embracing Enlightenment, Connection and Humanism in a movement for the future of our society Values:
 Enlightenment/Rationality: Increased creativity and productivity for companies trough employees with more work life balance Connection: Connecting progressive companies with elite employees (by changed time exchange (instead of paying more money)) Humanism: Trust that the time of the employees in the company and outside is spend with “good” activities Brand message:

Following, the first draft of my website colors. I am actually pretty happy with the brand colours (1&2), but if you want to make some small adjustment, please communicate with me. I worked a lot on the 1st brand colour, so we should stick with that. But for the 2nd colour we can make some adjustment, if you like, so it fits even better to the 1st colour https://coolors.co/9a40f5-c4abff-e9e7fe-f0ecdd-e2e7d4-fcefe4 The 1st and 2nd are the brand colours for the “30” (see first draft of the logo), RGB: 154, 64, 245 (1st color), 196, 171, 255 (2nd color). 
 The colours 3 - 6 I will only use sometimes on the website (as a rectangle in the background for example). Here you can make some adjustments. The "for Future" should be black or similar, I m open to suggestion

Task for the Logo Designer (You) First round: Design of the Logo “30 for Future” (for inspiration look at my first draft (see attachment)). Edit: The first incoming designs for the 30 look too much like my first draft. I realize that I want something more special for the 30, yet still clearly recognizable as a 30. For the winner: Logo Design & Style Guide Document I would like to use the font “Titillium Web - Semi-bold 600” as the base for the design of the “30” (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Titillium+Web?query=titil&preview.text=30&preview.text_type=custom) But I am open to other suggestions. As you can see in the first draft, I would like to have a “30” that looks 3D (but is designed 2D) with the 1st brand colour on the front, and the 2nd brand colour on the sides. Based on that, the “30” can have an arrow or something like that, emerging out of the “30” towards the back. Or maybe the arrow as a shadow. So in the end I want a special, recognisable “30” as the center of the brand. This is the main challenge your design. So here your creativity comes into play :) 
But also feel free to come up with a different "30" design. I am not so sure yet what I want. Also decide, if we need the little arrow above the “e” (as in the first draft example 2 - 4) or other design elements besides the “30”. But I think the focus should be on a colourful and creative design of the “30”, and the “for Future” should be more simple. But I maybe like to be convinced otherwise :) Choosing the fonts and the sizes for the “for Future”. It should go into the direction of the first draft. The fonts of the first draft are called “Bitstream Vera” (I think at least, since we used the default fonts of the tool “Blender”, and we couldn’t find the name of the default fonts, so I had to google) The Logo should be in one line. So the “for Future” should be right next to, the “30” For the “for Future” use black, or a variation of black as a colour (or something else? :) ) By the way, I also like the "Shopify" logo (see attachment) Optional: if you think the attached first draft of the logo is not a good base for the logo design, then you are welcome to come up with something new by your self (but the “30 for Future” should be always readable) The Logo should look good on the website (mobile & desktop): https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/ The whole Logo "30 for Future" should have a format of around(!) 1:5 I will have a “sticky header” on the website, so the brand will be always visible, when you scroll down the website. The website will not have too many design elements. So the logo will be one of the few things, that will shine. Only for the winner of the competition: Logo Proportions & Formats: 1:1 Logo (only the “30”) in a SVG-Format in the RGB color mode and EPS-Format in CMYK color mode (both background transparent!)
The SVG-Format I can covert by myself in the following PNG/JPG Pixel-formats, right?
 800x800, 400x400, 180x180, 110x110, 48x48, 32x32, 16x16 (Around) 1:5 Logo (“30 for Future”) in a SVG-Format in the RGB color mode and EPS-Format in CMYK color mode (both background transparent!)
The Logo should look good on the website (mobile & desktop): https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/ I will have a “sticky header” on the website, so the brand will be always visible, when you scroll down the website And please add as well a format which can be edited for both Logo sizes. So please either PSD (Photoshop) or AI (Adobe Illustrator), depends what you are working with.
