Modern, clear brand and logo for international non-profit in tech, education, and healthcare

The Online Pediatric Educational Network, OPEN, is an online platform for educational materials and courses tied to a platform for medical health records. Our goal is to improve health outcomes in low and middle-income countries by building capacity by connecting data-driven education to actual patient outcomes. We see ourselves primarily as a tech-educational company rather than a tech and healthcare group. Our main audiences are 1) Ministries of Health of the countries we operate in and develop relationships with. 2) Healthcare providers (mainly physicians) who take our courses. 3) The global health community who we collaborate and conduct research with.

Here is our current draft of the brand colors. I'm open to designers refining color choice a bit if there are strong feelings about it - but prefer staying within the ballpark of choices. As a bit of background, this color palette was developed as an "older sibling" to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles palette and echos the primary color palette, but for an older audience. Primary colors: white, black, #0F173E Secondary colors: #64C39E, #7074B6 Tertiary colors: #F2695C, #F9A01B, #4F7EA7

First, we have ideas around palette and typography. If you strongly feel otherwise - I'm open to it! That being said, for typography, we've chosen Ubuntu as our header font and Open Sans as our body text. I'm open to suggestions of similar sans-serif/sans-serif font pairings, but would ideally go with a font that's readily available via google. Note that most text will be read through online platforms and on mobile devices. I mentioned CHLA in the color section. We work closely with the group and took our color inspiration from their palette, but the logo does need to reference their logo at all -- I would actually prefer that it doesn't. The attached PDF is from a brief, basic internal exercise on branding options I developed internally. We prefer concept 1 - the colors and typography from that concept are mentioned in other parts of the brief. I included concepts 2 and 3 as examples of branding the group did NOT like.
