A professional logo and brand guide for my self-published book website (health&fitness/motivation&success)

Inspiring Leaders Collective is a publishing company for a series of books I am writing and self-publishing. The books include biographies of inspiring leaders in various fields: health & fitness, motivation & success, etc. To be specific, this will be the brand logo for a book series. This logo will be seen on the book bindings as well as at the top of my website that is soon to be developed - The website and company name is Inspiring Leaders Collective. My first book which will be released at the start of next year is 'Inspiring Leaders in Health & Fitness' and future books in my mind are 'Inspiring Leaders in Motivation & Success' and 'Inspiring Leaders in History.' I'd like to see a logo that is versatile in style as well (being able to look good with all 3 words, with just 'ILC', or without the words). Looking for something relatively simple yet professional, using mainly black&white but pay attention to my preferred colors and be thinking of incorporating other colors like gold to help develop the brand. Target audience is both male and female, ages 25-40, with an interest in self-improvement/development as well as coaches/personal trainers looking to further education in order to improve their work with clients.

I would like a simple and professional logo that is versatile - appealing to people who want to educate themselves on things like building muscle, nutrition, as well as productivity and success. A good starting point would be thinking of symbols related to keynote speakers and leaders in industries like motivation and fitness. Symbols I've thought about are: 1. A speaker in front of a crowd of people or 2. Curtains on a stage opening up to the silhouette of an important person. Another starting point could be a symbol that shows the inspiration/knowledge a person can gain from reading my books. - just ideas.
