We are a boutique, young and modern mortgage broker business based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. We differentiate ourselves from other brokers by being there for our clients through the whole home buying journey and keeping them informed and calm along the way (where other brokers provide a lower level of customer service ).
We have been in business for over 7 years so have an established brand already. However, we are looking to relaunch (see current at blackk.com.au). We want to make more it more fun, young, modern and approachable compared to our brand today. This positioning is in contrast with how different / staid and slow moving the industry is typically perceived.
Our primary target audience is first home buyers who are generally aged 22 to 35. They can either be a couple (where the female is the decision maker) or single females. The owner and head broker is male so the branding can't be completely female.
Our second target audience are 'first time property investors' who are buying their first investment property and already own their home. We also service 'upgraders' who are upgrading their home.
We're also on Facebook and want to show this strong branding through our facebook page as we have a strategy to expand our fan likes.
