I am a senior mortgage loan officer who lives and works in Staten Island, NY, USA. I am also an FDNY firefighter, which is the inspiration for the Mortgage 911 brand. I help people who need to secure financing to buy a home. My clients’ household incomes range from $50,000 - $350,000 annually. My clients are both blue collar and white collar; for example, a firefighter can make $150,000 annually though that is considered “blue collar”, but he also has a second job, and his wife has a job, so their overall household income is quite substantive. I am typically helping them secure a loan of $250,000 to $750,000. Clients are referred to me through friends, family, my coworkers (firefighters), my wife’s network (she’s a nurse), realtors, lawyers, accountants/CPA’s, financial advisors.
