We provide hair cutting and coloring to women and men, mostly women.. Our target market is a 25-45 yr old woman and appreciates an understated luxury. They are proud to live in the PNW and love local farmers markets and music festivals. They are newly established in their careers and many have small children. They enjoy getting together with friends and going to wine tastings:) They live in a small city but could afford to live in a large one. They shop local and enjoy the quality we provide without feeling like they have to get dressed up to come to the salon. We have been in business for 30 years and they love knowing that they will receive a quality cut/color from any of our stylists due to the extensive training the salon provides for its staff. They shop at Nordstrom, anthropology, lulu lemon and local boutiques.

We have a lot of grey, black and white in the salon. We have always had just white and black for our logo. It doesn’t have to stay that way. I have attached a photo of the interior of the salon

My salon is considered a mid to high end salon in Spokane Washington. We are a local salon although many people think we are from a big city or are a chain salon. I am looking to update our logo but it still needs to recognizable to our city. We have just the one location in downtown Spokane. We moved locations 4 years ago and have had the same logo for 23 years. We are going through an identity shift right now. I have owned the salon for 33 years and during that time we have been one of the top salons in our city and also in the country for continued growth and are considered the go to for great education. We have fallen behind when it comes to our social media and I feel like both clients and young stylists are seeking out more forward thinking salons. In short, I feel like our image and logo need updating and we need to rebrand ourselves to our target market ( we are working with a consultant on that now) I need some fresh new ideas while still holding true to the quality and integrity of who we are at our core, which is an education based salon.
