New HR Consulting Company looking for a new logo before launch!

Comprehensive HR Support for small to medium-sized​ businesses. We perform HR "audits", provide customized solutions and ongoing support. We also recommend HR Technology and develop corresponding internal processes to help with efficiency.
Would like the logo to in someway show that we're modern and use technology - also I'm looking for an actual logo with some real design elements, not just the name in various colours and fonts. ​Lots of submissions played with the letters HR but nothing much with the tenfold (a large 10 with the name on the one or something neat like that would be nice to see just for some variety before I choose finalists...)

HR is sometimes seen as bubbly and light (ie. not serious or adding value). I have my BComm and am focused on topline results, so I tend to think my marketing should involve bolder colours (as opposed to light teals etc.) to imply gravitas. I'm open to other ideas though (ie. bright orange or green?) as I want to look professional but not super expensive or sombre.

I've included my 1-pager and business card to show what I was using as a sole proprietor - don't feel obligated to stick to that colour palette though.
