Our company name is KDP (This stands for King Ding Productions, but we’re undercover).
We train food industries on Food Safety and help them get ready for external audits. We aim for positive and effective change. Unlike our competition, we do it in a light and creative atmosphere. Not boring, not harsh.
Our target audience are the food companies who wish to improve in this area, who have the interest and willingness to change for the better. We are definitely catering to progressive clients, not to laggers.

Food safety and audits are usually perceived as very serious and somewhat scary. One thing that sets us apart from our competitors is that we are fun. Most people think you have to chose between the two. We believe we can have fun, and be super solid at the same time. We want our logo to convey light heartedness and professionalism. We want to be careful not to look juvenile, but also not cold/rigid either. We’re looking for a designer who can find the right balance between the two.
In addition to this, we also may want to incorporate the meaning of KDP, which is King Ding Productions, which is itself a pun on being dinged during an audit. The idea being that if there’s anything wrong, we will find it and help you fix it before an external auditor shows up.
If a reference to King or Ding could be incorporated in a subtle/attractive manner we would like it. It’s not necessary, just and idea. We would like to see designs without it too.
