By building the same brick-and-mortar modell time and time again, we can provide the opportunity for ownership for people who were only able to rent until now.
We provide the independence and freedom of owning ones property with great but affordable architecture and solid, massively built construction by building "doubles" that share one wall.
We sell a well equipped (heat pump, underfloor heating, cooling, insulating glass, shutters, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets) middle-class product at the latest technical standard for entry-level pricing that we reach by economies of scale and by using the concept of doubles instead of single lots. We build them in the suburbs of Vienna in a distance of about 15min by car.
Our target group is first time house buyers (usually an Austrian buys one home during his lifetime, it's very common to rent an apartment that fits ones needs). Buying a house is typical for young families, the couples aged between 25 and 35 years, they already have a child or two or are planning to have children soonish. They look for a 3 bedroom house near the major cities in Austria with acceptable commuting times. They rather drive an affordable european middle class car than buying cheap asian cars. They save a fixed amount of their income and are rather risk-averse. They buy their furniture at IKEA and not in a designer store.
