Khiliad (or Khiliad Consulting if that fits your design better) is a management consulting company. Our primary focus is agile transformation and adoption, especially in large organizations. We are pushing organizations to adopt agile across all areas, fighting cargo cults and water-agile-fall (or whatever you call them) mentality. We provide training, consulting, and assessment services for our clients.
We are also expecting to get into software development market at some point but this is not clear yet. If that happens we don't reject an idea of creating a sub-brad.
Our audience is mainly C-level or senior management but we don't want to be seen as conservative. Quite contrary. We are promoting change, usually big and radical and we want to be seen as modern, looking towards future, improving and helping our clients to be better. We would like our logo to speak future and change. For many clients, we are talking science fiction.
I would like to encourage you to do a bit of research on what my company is offering and standing for. Especially, have a quick read about and see things like agile, lean, scrum and agile manifesto.
I would like the logo to somehow relate to change, transformation, agility, agile manifesto etc. and deliver the message of what we are standing for. It should work well with various headlines and equally with or without the text.
When it comes to style, I like flat and crisp. Thin fonts such as Calibri Light, toned down but alive colours. I like to be controversial and a bit of rebellious or shocking. What we offer to our clients is often very shocking to I don't see the reason why our brand would not be the same.
Finally, after the logo done I will need a brand guideline pack with logo usage, basic colours, basic typography.
Khiliad is a Greek word from which English word "chiliad" originated. It means "a thousand things".
