- logo should incorporate image of a clock or calendar (or something related)
- the word "booked" in the name should either be all lowercase or all upper case (no mix casing)... the "in" part can be anything (lower, upper or mixed)
Here is a short list of rules to keep in mind for this design.
a. Do not use more than three colors.
b. The logo must be recognizable.
c. Do not combine elements from popular logos and claim it as original work.
d. Do not use clipart under any circumstances.
e. The logo should look good in black and white.
f. Make sure that the logo is recognizable when inverted.
g. Make sure that the logo is recognizable when resized.
h. Do not use special effects (including, but not limited to: gradients, drop shadows, reflections, and light bursts).
i. Avoid intricate details.
j. The logo should be recognizable when mirrored.
k. Create variations. The more variations, the more likely you are to get it right.
l. If the brand name is memorable, the brand name should be the logo.
It might be helpful to conduct research on our industry, the history of online appointment scheduling systems and our competitors for inspiration during your design process.
When developing your symbol, incorporate the theme of online scheduling, online appointment, booking, book now, reservations to convey clear and concise representations.
Other than that, the slate is pretty blank. Looking forward to some original ideas.
