Arctic Reapers - Alaska Based Military Private Organization

Our organization is a Military Private Organization comprised of Aircraft technicians who work and service weapons systems on fighter jets. The goal of this logo is provide us with a professional image to brand ourselves with to push correspondence with along with giving us an identity for potential swag/merchandise etc.

We have a "rough" career field and are looking for a professional logo/seal to represent us in a more desirable manner. Right now we are struggling with our identity. We want a logo that showcases some of our common themes: We work with F-16 and F-35 aircrafts We want to incorporate grim reapers (potentially like the guardian lions on some seals) If we can incorporate "2W1" and the word WEAPONS in the phrasing somewhere on the image that would be great Also we are stationed and work out of the interior of Alaska so any Alaska/arctic themes are welcomed. I'm attaching an old "WEAPONS" logo to give a bit of context but this is not what kind of image we are looking for.
