We are sending two icons for possible inclusion, though NOT to be used together. If using the ladybug, use ONLY this image and do so sparingly (as a small image and only use it ONCE - for example, replacing the letter O in the word Point). That would be one option. The second would utilize the circle/arrow image.
As for the blue circle image, it was lifted off Google images and would require SLIGHT modification to prevent copyright issues. Otherwise, we love it!
Any arrows need to be at 45 degrees to the right, which represents the angle of inclination (growth).
