WHAT THE ORGANIZATION DOES?
The company works in Brazil, under the name Martins Bernardes Engenharia (in English: Martins Bernardes Engineering, since “Martins Bernardes” is a family name). We are a real estate developer company. We develop real estate projects (mostly residential ones): buy land, hire projects, ensures funding sources for construction, partner with construction companies to build these ventures, contract real estate agents to sell the units, and handles all customer relations before, during and after your purchase.
Martins Bernardes Engenharia is a young company with modern and proactive management, engaged in development of real estate since 2007. With its distinctive and innovative work, the dedication of its employees is transmitted in the quality of their products, always attentive to every detail, focusing on the needs and expectations of its customers. Martins Bernardes Engenharia gives importance to partnerships with developers, construction firms, advertising agencies, financiers, investors, law firms, accountancy, architecture, and presentation agencies that multiply and strengthen the company and its work.
We do not build our own enterprises: for each new business we make (e.g. new land we buy) we search for the construction company which is the most efficient, effective and known for its good work in that specific area/type of project, and turn them into partners of that specific business, so that they are committed to building it in the correct schedule, respecting the budget and making sure that our quality standards are achieved.

WHO IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE?
Martins Bernardes Engenharia is able to develop and deliver a wide range of products such as offices, shops and apartments from the economic level to luxury. Currently, the company has devoted significant focus on performance in developments of residential apartments for medium-upper economic class of Brasil, with market value between R$ 200 and R$ 300 thousand (from U$ 100 to U$ 150 thousand). This product focus mainly on couples aged from 25 to 35 years, with gross early income between R$ 60 and R$ 120 thousand (U$ 30 to U$ 60 thousand). The huge majority of our clients are people who are buying the apartments to actually live on them, not investors looking to make money.
WHEN DESIGNING OUR LOGO, PLEASE THINK OF THIS:
We mostly sell our apartments before the construction even begins, so trust is a real big deal in our job: it is probably the most valuable asset that our clients have bought so far in their lives (their very own home), and they are paying a significant part of it (about 30%) before it is ready.
