Healing Home Ayurveda offers inclusive women and child health services to sustain wellness and prevent disease through the timeless wisdom and nature based holistic science of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a conscious based lifestyle that relies on food, herbs, spices, yoga, meditation, and seasonal routines to harmonize and heal the mind, body, and soul. These informed practices guides the individual to tap into their own healer within; always being at home in their body. This 5,000 year old, sister science of yoga, promotes a system of living with the elements in nature as well as elements inside of us; air, ether, fire, water, earth. Ayurveda believes that humans are not separate from nature. It is a system of finding balance and harmony with your very own surroundings and the seasons based on everyone’s own unique body constitution. I will be offering individuals holistic health assessments with a healing protocol that includes dietary guidelines, lifestyle recommendations, yoga, meditation, breath work, herbs, and energetic healing.
