In complementary information of my attached PDF A basic idea that I would like to find in the logo is a tree inside the letter O of Bio and that in this tree is formed a human silhouette with a face in leaves. The trunk of the tree would correspond to the body and 2 branchs with leaves for the arms. An other idea is the join illustration of a head with a tree growing on it..(see my file Bio Head concept) I would also like that in the typography of Biolistic Lab have a small effect for example on the letter A of "lab" by removing the small bar of de A to replace the A by an inverted "V" and maybe work on the typography of the 2 parts BIOLISTIC & LAB on 2 colors or 2 different effects ... Note that If the logo smeens too lenght for you (in your experience), you can propose also in addition a complementary design where for example the logo of the tree with the silhouette inside would be above the name BIOLISTIC LAB (in triangle arrangement)
