We are a new biotech startup company creating antibody therapeutics to treat cancer

The attached files are our current working logos. We like the circle theme but are looking for something not as literal. We would like a minimalist design, clean and simple, not too busy. We would like to use a san serif font. We would like 1-2 colors (blue and green) or 1-2 tones, but no shading or gradients. We would also like a version of the logo that would work in all black or all white that could go on top of a photograph. We would like the emphasis to be on the word "Rondo". The word "Therapeutics" can be smaller, not as prominent.
