This is a brand pivot: I've been using TotalPicture Radio (visit my website, totalpicture.com) -- I want to eliminate "Radio" as I'm doing more video production, and shooting many of my interviews using Skype video - and publishing video versions along with the podcast version of the interview. (My background is in high-end corporate video production).
In addition to the TotalPicture logo, I would like a version that reads TotalPicture Media.
TotalPicture being the publication side of the business: producing video/podcast interviews with Subject Matter Experts, authors, keynote speakers, CEOs, etc., and TotalPicture Media being the consulting and production side of the business. There will be 2 new websites (both WordPress) -- #1 totalpicture. com, and #2: totalpicturemedia.com. With the TotalPicture logo, there MUST be a square version I can use with iTunes. 1400x1400 px.
There are elements of the original TotalPicture logo (circa 1999) I still like. I think the colors are great. It's definitely too busy - with too many elements. I do think the color palette is more interesting and sophisticated than the current iteration. TotalPicture needs to be ONE WORD in any design. I don't have any preference to cap/lower case. An ABSTRACT graphic which has a relation to media -- i.e. video, film, is desirable -- but nothing too obvious -- like projectors, film strips, -- looking for a sophisticated concept that will appeal to college-educated professionals.
