Merging the existing brand colours of red for Brandwood and yellow for CKC in the design is getting good feedback

Brandwood Biomedical has an existing brand and global reputation of excellence built over 20 years and we are merging (50/50) with a local entity that does not have a global brand, but a reputation of excellence domestically. Each company has different skill sets - medical devices / pharma. We would like our new brand to relate to the previous two companies (see attached logos) - perhaps we tie in the two colour palettes into this new logo? *Values we would like the logo to communicate* - Guidance - Expertise - Leadership - Partnership Looking for something simple yet memorable!
